Board Leadership Training
Board Leadership Training is an online course designed to prepare individuals for board service and provide access to organizations seeking new board members. Open to aspiring board members, current board members, nonprofit employees, and more, this course equips you with the tools and insights needed to make a meaningful contribution.

Board Leadership Training has been updated to make it easier than ever to learn the fundamentals of serving on a board. This flexible online training allows participants to access the curriculum at their own pace.
The course culminates in an in-person Board Match Event, where Board Leadership Training graduates are invited to meet with nonprofit organizations to learn more about currently available board and committee positions. Graduates have the opportunity to find the best match for their skills and interests, and nonprofits receive individuals ready for hands-on board service.
Total Investment: $200 – Includes all course content and materials, as well as an invitation to our Board Match Event in Spring 2025.
