2024-2025 Program Investments Extension Application
From October 27 through December 1, 2023, United Way conducted a one-year funding extension application process exclusively for programs that are currently funded by United Way of Buffalo & Erie County. This extension will cover funding from July 2024 - June 2025. This time will be used for our Community Impact department to strongly align future investments to our strategic direction and coalition goals, thereby enhancing the impact of our collective efforts in the community.
Please note that the 2024-2025 extension application is a one-time change, and we will resume our traditional open Request for Proposals (RFP) process late in the fall of 2024. This open RFP process will provide an opportunity for both new and existing agencies to submit proposals for funding, in line with our commitment to diversify and expand our community investments for the 2025-2027 cycle. INFORMATION FOR CURRENTLY FUNDED AGENCIES
To streamline the reporting process and facilitate a smoother transition into the 2024-2025 investment cycle, we have significantly simplified both the outcome report and application. Once you have submitted your outcome report, you will be automatically directed to the application to request an extension of funds.
Key Dates and Details:
- The Outcome Report and Extension Application closed at 4:00 pm on December 1, 2023
- Notification of Award Approval and Amount: Late March 2024
